As Engineering Coordinator you will be responsible to provides discipline oversight and technical direction to a group of employees for all facets of operations in one or more engineering disciplines under the administrative guidelines of the company. Accountable for leading team members including their ongoing development and their assignment on projects. Accountable for delivery of engineering within the discipline in compliance with company requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should have 8+ years of relevant discipline experience and 3+ years in project leadership.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Role Responsibilities Include

Engineering Coordination Support

  • Discipline Technical Stewardship/Peer Review (TPR) Schedule and Trend Monitoring
  • Resources Forecast Update
  • Engineering Induction Checklist and Global Engineering Briefing Progress
  • Discipline Training, Lunch and Learn Session
  • Team Engagement and Disicpline Routine Meeting (Monthly)
  • Technical Stewardship Meeting
  • Cascade Mentoring
  • Project SPOT Check Schedule and Trend Monitoring
  • Support on Closing Engineering Action
  • Register in Assurance System
  • Interfacing and engagement support with location engineering coordinator, as required
  • Engineering discipline improvement plan update and progress monitoring
  • Quality Campaign and Refreshment Training
  • Discipline SEAL Assessment Support

Engineering Recruitment Support

  • CV Screening
  • Interview Candidate with Result Report (following MKS form procedure)
  • Mobilization and Demobilization Progress
  • Monitoring - Interface Discussion with People Department
  • Engineering Induction Schedule Monitoring
  • Competency Assessment (include trend and next year target development)
  • Graduate Engineer Development (include monitoring the trend and next year target development)

Engineering Regional and Global Support

  • Attending Global Discipline Regular
  • Meeting (interfacing the meeting update/contents to the team)
  • Capturing and Summarize Discipline
  • Digital (BOTs and Automation) Solution Ideas (include implementation and coordination to digital team)
  • Sustainability Training Stamp and Passport Monitoring
  • Mandatory Engineering Training Pack Progress and Monitoring
  • Record and create Location SEAL and Sustainability Bulletin
  • Record and create Specific Engineering
  • Location Lesson Learned
  • Attending Quality Working Group in SEA and progress the Actions
  • Record and Create Discipline Risk Register

Indonesia Office Operational Support

  • Record discipline engineering software list and license expiry dates
  • Support proposal activity (when required) such as manhour estimation, TQs, Coordination Meeting and Proposal write up, resourcing, attend pre-bid meeting
  • Support on Cleopatra implementation for discipline (training and progress monitoring)
  • Promote RealWear and engineering digital solution within the project location (training and implementation)
  • Monitor and support interfacing in any audit within the location (prepare evidence and self- assessment for each engineering discipline)
  • Remote office training and interfacing discussion support
  • Support on Datacentric implementation for discipline (training and progress monitoring)
  • Leveraging discipline standard, Go-Bys and MKS knowledge for engineering discipline (training and discussion)

What You’ll Have

  • Has a strong background in engineering work, and a competent understanding of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry standard practices.
  • Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content. Adept at budgeting and cost control.
  • Has 8+ years of relevant discipline experience and 3+ years in project leadership
  • Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Can organize information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies. Has functional awareness of discipline tools. Conversant in the interrelationship of tools within the discipline, analytics and modeling, and cross-discipline data centric methods.
