Job Summary

GSE Analyst will be responsible for work between the GSE field department, fixed assets, and accounting to identify and build trend data.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, recording of preventative maintenance schedule compliance and reporting of all GSE. This includes internal and external maintenance providers.
  • Insuring compliance of parts and labor spend per workorder are properly captured with allowable variances, audit against monthly P&L report at location and cost center level. Identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Reconcile monthly GSE rent discrepancies reported, Identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Manage internal database of GSE, perform and coordinate routine audits, asset transfers to FA team.
  • Utilize and manage current CMMS system, contribute to develop better BMP in the GSE administrative team.
  • Build databases from CMMS, and other media via enforcement of proper data input compliance from cost centers and site mechanics to develop key strategic trend analysis.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to
  • One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Capable of multi-tasking.
  • Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal skills; Strong desire to succeed & be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines; Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or listen. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
