Key responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java-based software solutions that align with WorldRef's strategic objectives. 2. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. 3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative and user-friendly applications. 4. Develop and integrate APIs to connect various systems and services within the WorldRef ecosystem. 5. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices. 6. Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and robust systems. 7. Utilize AI/ML technologies to enhance platform capabilities, such as equipment cataloging, procurement optimization, and predictive analytics. 8. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the platform. 9. Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities to improve our technology stack. 10. Develop and implement IT tools to enhance the efficiency of WorldRef's internal processes and operations. 11. Contribute to the development of strategies and business models that support WorldRef's growth and expansion.
