About the team
You will be joining a highly motivated and driven team of people who work in the POS/ Omnichannel Payments sector. The team owns and manages end to end integration and implementation of Integrated and Omnichannel Payments Solutions for Enterprise Merchants and Integrators. To achieve this requires agility and an ability to work creatively in an ever evolving and diverse payments landscape.
What you'll own
You will assist Client Delivery Manager and provide dedicated technical integration and implementation support to the Enterprise Merchants and Integrators to deliver projects on timely and effective manner. To achieve this, you will work closely with Client Delivery Manager, Merchants, Integrators, Product, Solution Consultations and Engineering Teams.
Support the integration and testing processes assisting in the creation of platform setup, and supporting the customer on integration activities, ensure all process steps are worked through to deliver a high-quality robust integration.
Support the development of new products by acting as voice of the customer. Manage small projects and additional services requests from the planning stage through to completion following clear and well-maintained project plans.
Work creatively with customers and colleagues to achieve and maintain market leading payment solutions.
Liaise with the relevant professionals in Product, Support and Engineering teams to identify, resolve issues and deploy fix for customer.
Become a subject matter expert on POS/ Omni payment solutions and services.
Maintain and share knowledge with the wider team by producing documentation and training sessions where required
