About the role
Most important:
- In previous setup, we had 1x platform, 1x team with all process managers.
- In new setup, we have multiple platforms, 1x team of change managers supporting the same process for multiple platforms. This is currently being build.
- Flexibility is key. Ready to Change as well.,
- This person has to
o support me (and the team) in this "change" , as there will be a lot of changes in the people, process, tools, and documentation in 2025.
o learn the change process, which is currently fragmented over the different platforms. The goal is to harmonize this in 2025 and onwards
o learn the different platforms, which we will support as from 1-9-2024. This is a joint effort with all process managers in the team.
