The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Executive - Fund Reconciliation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bank reconciliation activities and be skilled in identifying discrepancies within financial data. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our reconciliation processes. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Utilize prior relevant experience to manage the fund reconciliation process effectively. Identify differences and exceptions in provided data after mapping multiple data files. Publish Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and maintain consistent follow-up with stakeholders for closure. Match transactions from inflow-outflow and escrow account reports, highlighting exceptions to respective teams for necessary actions. Understand various payment methods and their functionalities to resolve queries, collaborating with the Tech Team and respective bankers. Maintain a strong focus on quality of service while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. In practice, this means: Preferably 3-4 years of industry experience, specifically in bank reconciliation activities. Proven ability to handle fund reconciliation effectively. Capability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
