Manager, People Operations

The Manager, People Operations will be responsible for overseeing and leading critical human resources functions and programs to support the growth and development of WRI's workforce. This role will partner closely with WRI's People Team to design and implement strategies and initiatives that enhance the employee experience, foster a strong organizational culture, and build workforce capabilities to deliver on the organization's mission and goals. The Manager, People Operations will play a central role in onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and supporting talent development initiatives. This position requires strong program management, interpersonal, and communication skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with staff at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for process improvements, a passion for serving employees, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
