Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / NIFT or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in WFX implementation, functional support, business process training, or enterprise application enablement within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Design & Content Development
- Design and develop structured training programs for WFX and related business processes across merchandising, sourcing, production, and supply chain functions.
- Create user manuals, SOPs, quick reference guides, process documentation, and training content to support continuous learning.
- Develop role-based learning paths for new hires and existing employees.
2. Training Delivery & User Enablement
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for business users, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate shop-floor and functional training to ensure effective adoption of WFX and standardized business processes.
- Provide post-training support and functional guidance to end users.
3. Implementation & Functional Support
- Partner with business, IT, and implementation teams during WFX rollouts, upgrades, and process enhancements.
- Assist users in understanding system functionalities, resolving functional queries, and promoting best practices.
- Support change management initiatives to improve system adoption across the organization.
4. Training Governance & Documentation
- Standardize training methodologies, learning materials, and certification processes across locations.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, competency assessments, and learning documentation.
- Monitor training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports on user adoption and learning outcomes.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Continuously enhance training content based on business process changes, system enhancements, and user feedback.
- Identify knowledge gaps and recommend initiatives to improve user proficiency and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with WFX product enhancements and emerging best practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of WFX and apparel manufacturing business processes.
- Experience in WFX implementation, functional consulting, or application support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex business processes and system functionalities for diverse user groups.
- Strong documentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ERP applications will be an added advantage.
