Corporate Counsel

The World Bank Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced lawyer to join its Legal Vice Presidency as a Corporate Counsel. The Corporate Counsel will provide a wide range of legal services to World Bank units in areas such as corporate governance, strategic planning, policy development, and other corporate matters. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and contract law, including drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements and legal instruments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, are essential.
