Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and innovative Endpoint Device Engineering Specialist to partner with device engineering teams in enhancing enterprise device deployment and management practices. This role focuses on improving user experience, streamlining self-service provisioning, and driving operational excellence across a multi-platform device ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Device Engineering & Innovation
- Collaborate with device engineering teams to modernize and optimize enterprise device deployment and lifecycle management.
- Enhance and refine existing workflows; prototype, test, and implement improvements to Self-Service Provisioning capabilities.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.
User Experience & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in focus groups and feedback sessions to gather, analyze, and interpret end-user experience insights.
- Translate user feedback into actionable improvements across endpoint services.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of enterprise device management standards and practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple business units and technical domains.
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base covering core device engineering processes and endpoint services.
- Support change initiatives within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Required Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience supporting and managing:
- Windows
- macOS
- iOS
- Android
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise device fleets across multiple platforms.
- Strong expertise in enterprise device management solutions, including:
- Workspace ONE
- Microsoft Intune
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with feedback collection methodologies (surveys, interviews, on-site feedback sessions).
- Experience using SharePoint and OneDrive for collaboration and documentation.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor AI) and scripting for automation and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience training and supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders across organizational levels.
