Job Title: Workspace Consultant – Retail

Role Overview
The Workspace Consultant – Retail is responsible for managing showroom walk-in clients, understanding their workspace requirements, and converting inquiries into sales. This role focuses on delivering a strong customer experience while driving revenue through product knowledge, consultation, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
• Attend to all walk-in customers at the showroom
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions
• Demonstrate products and explain features, finishes, and configurations
• Prepare basic quotations and coordinate with the estimation team for detailed proposals
• Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure conversion
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with operations for order processing, delivery, and installation
• Ensure showroom is well-presented, organized, and aligned with brand standards

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maximize conversion of walk-ins to orders
