Workshop Service Advisor

About the Role
GaadiMech is India's fastest-growing car servicing platform — think of us as the trust and data layer connecting car owners with quality workshops, offering live tracking, transparent pricing, and 90-minute express service. We're expanding our Delhi NCR operations and looking for a Workshop Service Advisor who will be the frontline face of GaadiMech at our partner workshops — converting walk-ins and leads into serviced customers, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and likely to return.
Success in this role looks like: high service conversion rates, strong customer satisfaction scores, and a growing base of repeat customers who trust you and the workshop.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers arriving at the workshop, understanding their vehicle service needs
- Explain GaadiMech's service packages, pricing, and value proposition clearly to customers
- Convert inbound leads (calls, walk-ins, app bookings) into confirmed service bookings
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure accurate service estimates and timelines
- Keep customers updated on service status and any additional work required, with transparent pricing
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally to drive satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, customer feedback, and daily sales in the CRM/app
- Upsell relevant services (AC service, dent-paint, GaadiMech Plus membership, etc.) where appropriate
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and friction-free customer experience end-to-end
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat visits and referrals
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive service advisory, sales, or customer-facing roles (automotive/workshop background preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with basic technology (apps, CRM tools, WhatsApp-based workflows)
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle objections and close conversions
- Basic understanding of vehicle servicing and repair terminology is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site at workshop locations across Delhi NCR
