Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Workshop Manager. The Workshop Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of tasks, roles and people in an automotive service workshops, handle queries/complaints and supply chain, and ensure smooth operations. The role includes managing communication with stakeholders, monitoring workshop progress, and evaluating outcomes. Additionally, the Workshop Manager will assist in creating supportive resources and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with technical or automotive industry concepts is an advantage
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and software
- Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field
