Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Workplace Experience Technician. The technician will oversee the daily operations of workplace facilities, ensuring a clean, functional, and welcoming environment for both teams and clients. Responsibilities include maintaining office equipment, responding to facility-related issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. Additionally, the role involves assisting with events, workspace installations, and implementing wellbeing initiatives to align with the company’s focus on a holistic work environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in facility maintenance, troubleshooting, and office equipment management
- Proficiency in vendor coordination and procurement
- Skills in event coordination and workspace setup
- Understanding of health, safety, and wellbeing protocols in the workplace
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a similar role or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Proficiency in using office management software is a plus
