Role Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Workplace DEX Architect to lead and grow our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and AI-driven workplace transformation practice.
This role combines strategy, solution architecture, pre-sales leadership, and practice development. You will design scalable DEX and AI-powered workplace solutions, drive go-to-market initiatives, and guide large enterprise transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice Strategy & Leadership
- Define the vision and roadmap for Digital Experience, Workplace Analytics, AIOps, and AI-driven automation.
- Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and standardized delivery models.
- Expand capabilities across DEX, predictive analytics, self-healing, and Conversational AI.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to evolve the service portfolio.
- Solution Architecture & Offering Development
- Design scalable DEX and AI-enabled workplace solutions.
- Recommend and integrate leading platforms such as Nexthink, Lakeside, Aternity, ControlUp, Intune, Microsoft Copilot, and ServiceNow.
- Architect proactive experience monitoring, predictive insights, and automation-first operations.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance, and observability.

- Experience Baselines
- Proactive Experience Operations
- Intelligent Service Desk
- Automation & Self-Healing
- Conversational AI for Workplace
- Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Lead technical discussions during workshops, RFPs, demos, and PoCs.
- Translate business challenges into AI-driven DEX solutions.
- Support sales teams with solution strategy and deal shaping.
- Present outcome-based value propositions aligned to business metrics and XLAs.
- Partnerships & Go-to-Market
- Build and manage strategic alliances with DEX and AI partners.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for Workplace DEX and AI-powered operations.
- Enable co-selling, certifications, and partner alignment.
- Upskill delivery teams on DEX engineering, automation, and AI workflows.
- Establish governance and quality standards for large-scale delivery.
- Thought Leadership
- Represent the practice at industry events and executive briefings.
- Publish insights, maturity models, and transformation case studies.
- Position the organization as a leader in AI-driven Digital Workplace transformation.
Experience & Qualifications
- 12–15+ years in Digital Workplace transformation.
- 5+ years focused on DEX, workplace analytics, or AIOps.
- Strong expertise in platforms such as Nexthink, Lakeside SysTrack, Aternity, Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with AI-powered automation, LLM-based copilots, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
- Proven success building solution portfolios and scaling practices.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
