- Job Title:* Workorder Coordinator
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday Sunday (Fixed)
Shift: Fixed Night Shift (9:30 PM 6:30 AM)
Handle all aspects of the home maintenance process and provide accurate information to tenants via phone and email
Guide customers through self-help techniques, maintenance processes, and schedule follow-up support when required
Coordinate vendor and tenant follow-ups, including resolving and rescheduling pending work orders
Maintain accurate tenant accounts and unit files with extensive data entry (tenant details, unit information, scheduling, work orders, summaries, and reports)
Review work orders for accuracy and maintain required statistical data
Prepare and record tenant, vendor, and employee feedback to ensure timely work order completion
Complete all company documentation related to work order scheduling, completion, and follow-up
Handle sensitive or difficult situations professionally while managing a high volume of calls, emails, and interactions
Assist Other Departments As Required
Route customer requests to the appropriate team members
Participate in work safety programs
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management
Basic knowledge of mathematics, reading, and writing comprehension
Excellent computer skills, including Windows, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications
Prior experience in a residential rental office is highly preferred
Good typing speed
Strong communication and coordination skills
