Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer Location: Bangalore, India Responsibilities: - Understand and analyze business requirements to identify areas of automation. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools using popular open-source tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. - Continuously optimize and enhance the automation suite to improve coverage and efficiency. - Identify and resolve complex issues and bottlenecks in the automation pipeline. - Contribute to the overall quality assurance process and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the automation domain. Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in software testing automation. - Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. - Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience in integrating automation with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. - Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
