Role Description
We are seeking a Workfront Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru South office. The Workfront Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing Workfront solutions to enhance project workflows and optimize performance. This includes user role configuration, creating and managing dashboards and templates, facilitating task prioritization, and providing training and ongoing support for internal teams. The role also encompasses collaboration with stakeholders to identify process improvements and refine workflows to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Workfront software, including configuration of user roles, dashboards, reports, and templates
- Experience in project management, workflow optimization, and task prioritization methodologies
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and experience with tools such as JIRA is a plus
- Understanding of modern digital project lifecycles, with familiarity in technology stacks like JavaScript, React, and other modern frameworks being an advantage
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and support internal teams effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred
