Job Title: WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant – Multiple Openings
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
🔹 Job Overview
We are hiring experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultants to support a large-scale workforce management implementation. This role is open to professionals with expertise in 1. Integration or 2. Time & Attendance or 3. Absence Management, or 4. Job Scheduling.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and support WFS solutions in a global delivery environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of WorkForce Software (WFS) experience
- Strong technical/functional expertise in at least ONE of the above areas
- Experience in APIs, SQL, XML/JSON (for technical roles)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in offshore/global delivery models
Preferred
- WFS Certification
- Experience in global implementations
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
