🔎 Role Overview Hiring a Workforce Software Consultant with strong techno‑functional experience in Time & Attendance using Workforce Software and ADP Workforce. The consultant will configure policies, pay codes, accruals, scheduling, and role‑based functionality, while supporting integrations with SAP and Oracle HCM.
Candidate Seniority Level: Senior (7+ Years Experience, minimum 5+ years relevant in Workforce Software / Time & Attendance)

🔴 Mandatory Requirements
➖ Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce (Time In/Out, Absence, Leaves, etc., similar to e360) ➖ Techno‑functional consulting in Workforce Software (Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler, Workforce Analytics)
âž– Strong skills in SQL and JavaScript
➖ Ability to configure policies, pay codes, accruals, premiums, scheduling, and role‑based functionality
âž– Integration experience with SAP / Oracle HCM
âž– Knowledge of Workforce Software solutions across compliance and analytics
âž– Certification in Workforce Software Configuration or Integration Specialist preferred
