Our Client is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Workforce Planning Specialist to support strategic workforce planning, data analysis, and decision‑making initiatives. This role is critical in driving data‑driven insights, maintaining planning tools, and supporting global talent and workforce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Tools
- Maintain and update workforce planning systems, ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain rolling workforce forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Utilize planning tools to support bottom‑up workforce modeling and future workforce needs.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze hiring forecasts and share insights with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews comparing projected vs. actual hiring outcomes to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Support executive workforce reporting by preparing and delivering key data inputs.
Strategic Planning Support
- Contribute to workforce target planning efforts, ensuring high‑quality data and efficient processes.
- Partner closely with HR and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with business goals.
Market & Talent Intelligence
- Gather and analyze external market data to support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
- Identify optimal locations and talent pools for critical roles based on skills availability and business needs.
- Assess labor market conditions, risks, and competitor activity.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to support global workforce and location strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in workforce planning, analytics, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in workforce planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning or similar platforms).
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and automation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in cross‑functional and global team environments.
