Can you carefully help resolve technical issues of our remote staff?
- Do you have at least 2–3 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting over phone/chat?
- Are you excellent with computer equipment, phone systems, and third-party applications?
- Can you manage and optimize omnichannel communication systems like Zoho Desk and Zoho Voice?
- Are you able to work the early morning shift (4 AM – 2 PM IST) to ensure business continuity?

About the Role:
- As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary aim is to ensure seamless business continuity by providing rapid technical resolution for workforce tools.
- You will be the frontline assistance for
- troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- managing company telephony systems
- optimizing communication workflows through precise script management in CallGenie.
- You will also play a key role in onboarding new hires with necessary setup
- Audit system compliance to maintain TLI’s high operational standards.
Qualifications:
Relevant Experience
- Technical Support Experience:
2–3 years of experience in remote technical support, IT troubleshooting, or a similar workforce operations role.
- System Proficiency:
Confident use of Zoho Desk, Zoho Voice (Desktop and ZDialer), or any other VoIP system and Google Workspace.
- Script Management:
Experience or aptitude for creating and updating scripts in calling systems (not mandatory)
- Attention to Detail:
High accuracy in conducting system audits and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
- Clear Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English for training staff and explaining technical resolutions.
- Availability:
Amenable to a 48–50 hour work week starting at 4 AM IST, 6 days a week, including "on-call" availability.
