We're Hiring: People & Talent Intern (Remote / Hybrid)
DigiChakra360 is looking for a People & Talent Intern to support our growing recruitment and HR team. This internship is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, and People Operations while working with a fast-growing global digital marketing agency.
Position: People & Talent Intern
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Colaba)
Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship)
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Publish internship and full-time job openings.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
People Operations
- Prepare offer letters and internship documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and collect joining documents.
- Maintain recruitment databases and employee records.
- Update hiring trackers and HR reports.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Employer Branding
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Promote job opportunities across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, and student communities.
- Assist in organizing internship and campus hiring drives.
Research & Process Improvement
- Research hiring trends and recruitment strategies.
- Identify new sourcing channels.
- Support improvements to hiring workflows and HR processes.
- Assist in creating HR documentation and standard operating procedures.
Who Should Apply?
- Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
- Previous internship, volunteering, leadership, or campus ambassador experience is an added advantage.
