Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior WFM Solution Consultant (L3/L4 Level) to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will lead discovery workshops, gather complex requirements, and architect workforce management solutions primarily focused on UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
- Shift & Perks: Fixed US Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST). Company cab provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery sessions, gap analysis, and requirement-gathering workshops.
- Architect and document end-to-end WFM solutions (Timekeeping, Accruals, Leaves, Advanced Scheduling).
- Create complex custom reports (SQL queries) and manage third-party integrations.
- Partner with client teams to oversee system configuration, testing, and UAT support.
Required Profile:
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of overall enterprise software implementation experience (HCM/HRIS).
- Domain Focus: 5+ years of dedicated experience implementing Workforce Management (WFM) tools.
- Product Rule: UKG WFM experience OR active UKG Certification is a strict must. (Cross-over experience with platforms like Ceridian Dayforce is highly valued if willing to work on UKG systems).
- Technical: Hands-on with SQL Server, report creation, and workflow configurations.
