Looking for passionate professionals with strong expertise in Workday & OrgVue to join an exciting workforce transformation initiative!
🔹 Role: (Workday & OrgVue Expert)
🔹 Experience: 6 – 15 Years
🔹 Location: PAN India (Candidates should be ready to relocate to Hyderabad)
🔹 Interview Mode:
• PAN India candidates – MS Teams Interview
• Hyderabad-based candidates – Interview from Hyderabad office
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Become the single source of truth for organizational data in OrgVue
✔ Merge, clean, and analyze large workforce datasets
✔ Ensure data integrity, quality, and validation accuracy
✔ Develop dashboards & visualizations for business insights
✔ Collaborate with business leaders & P&O teams for analytical requirements
✔ Maintain OrgVue uploads/downloads and real-time data updates
✔ Proactively identify inconsistencies and improve data governance
✔ Manage deliverables with confidentiality and tight timelines
