WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We have 500+ clients using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the team, you will contribute to growing our team, clients, and ARR.

🎯 What you will do

• Compliance Knowledge: Stay updated on global mobility compliance topics, including workations, business travel, and employee mobility.
• Client and Stakeholder Collaboration: Support clients and internal teams by providing guidance on mobility decisions. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful service delivery.
• Operational Support: Assist in delivering WorkFlex services, addressing issues related to trip assessments, permanent establishment risks, PWD notifications, and policy exceptions.
• Escalation Management: Serve as a point of contact for escalated client and service queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Business Development Support: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify new opportunities with clients and promote WorkFlex’s global mobility solutions.

• Solid understanding of global mobility compliance and regulations, particularly in "work from anywhere" settings, including workations and remote work.
• Full professional proficiency or native fluency in both German and English.
• Collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders, paired with great organizational abilities.
• Verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas and solutions clearly.
• A consultative, agile mindset, with a passion for creativity, curiosity, and a client-first approach in everything you do.
