About the role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our team. If you're excited about shaping the future of workforce upskilling — by designing thoughtful, AI-powered experiences that make complex tasks feel intuitive — this could be your next great adventure! At Workera, we believe design is central to building exceptional products. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft interfaces that are not only visually compelling, but also rooted in user needs, data insights, and strategic priorities. To support this, we work in small, nimble project teams (2–3 people) using the ShapeUp methodology. Each team spends six weeks deeply focused on solving a specific business problem. As the designer on your team, you'll help shape the problem space, wireframe and prototype solutions, and bring interfaces to life — all while championing the voice of the user. You'll also serve as a key thought partner to product and engineering leads, helping to balance functionality with simplicity, and ensuring our AI-native platform feels both powerful and human-centered.
