Job Title: Workday Testing – Time Tracking & Absence
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Workday Tester with strong experience in Time Tracking and Absence modules. The candidate will be responsible for validating Workday configurations, ensuring business requirements are met, and delivering high-quality testing across Workday implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing on Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Validate time entry, time calculation rules, leave requests, accruals, and balances
- Conduct integration testing with Payroll and other downstream systems
- Collaborate with business analysts, HR teams, and developers to understand requirements
- Ensure compliance with business rules and policies related to attendance and leave
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Workday Testing
- Strong knowledge of:
- Workday Time Tracking
- Workday Absence Management
- Experience in end-to-end testing lifecycle (STLC)
