Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management (TT&AM) Analyst for a client project with Infosys. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules and supporting HR time and attendance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
- Create and manage Time Off and Absence Plans, including accruals, carryover rules, proration, and eligibility rules.
- Configure validation rules, time entry templates, time calculation rules, and time entry codes.
- Support Time Tracking business processes such as time entry, approvals, and calculations.
- Manage Absence management processes including leave requests, approvals, and balance updates.
- Configure time calculation groups, work schedules, and period schedules.
- Develop Workday reports and calculated fields related to time tracking and absence.
- Troubleshoot issues, document requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and business teams to improve time and absence processes.
Required Experience
- 8–10 years of total experience in HR technology systems.
- Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation or integration experience.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and reporting.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
