As a Workday Technical- Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organization. This includes applications for human resources, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement and optimize Workday's suite of cloud-based software solutions
- Managing and supporting the integration of Workday applications for HR, finance, payroll, and talent management
- Providing training and guidance to clients for seamless utilization of Workday technology
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting to generate insights and recommendations
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their strategic objectives
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to enhance client operations
- Leading Workday projects and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
- Embracing change and navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
- Utilizing strategic technology planning to enhance business transformation
- Excelling in analytical thinking and process optimization
