We're looking for a Workday Technical Operations professional with 5–9 years of experience to support and maintain Workday applications, integrations, and production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of Workday systems.

✔ Workday Release Support, Testing & Production Validation
✔ System Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
✔ Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Security & IT teams
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday integration troubleshooting.
