Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Workday implementations or development
- 2+ years of experience in Workday HCM
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Studio and related integration technologies
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio integrations
- Expertise in payroll integrations (third-party), including Payroll Input Processor and payroll frequency configurations
- Proficient in Workday integration technologies: EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, SOAP, WSDL, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio
- Solid understanding of Workday Security Framework: Role-based and user-based security, Constrained/unconstrained access, Integration security and domain security policies
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments using tools like Jira Align
- Ability to perform impact analysis and design scalable, efficient solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, including custom solution design
- Effective communication skills to engage with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
- Proactive approach to learning and adopting Workday best practices
- Workday certifications (Integrations, Studio, HCM)
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend / SSK / Orchestration
- Exposure to Workday Benefits, HR, and Time & Management (T&M)
- Experience integrating Workday with AWS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of unionized payroll processes
- Understanding of SOX, SOD, and audit controls
- Experience with JSON and Postman for integration testing
- Experience across the full integration lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment, and production support
- Proven ability to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve stakeholder issues
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Workday certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Additional qualifications in cloud technologies or integration frameworks are an advantage.
