Role Summary
We are hiring for 5+ experienced professionals-Workday HRIS Analyst supporting AMS/post-production environments, ensuring system stability, enhancements, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Workday production support (issues, data integrity, integrations)
- Manage modules, integrations, and semi-annual upgrades
- Deploy new features and enhancements
- Troubleshoot with vendors, SMEs, and client teams
- Support integrations (Cloud Connect, Studio, XML, Web Services)
- Create test scripts and perform system testing
- Drive process improvements and user efficiency
- Ensure client satisfaction and support delivery excellence
Requirements
- 5–7 years of Workday experience (AMS/support role)
- Strong in requirements gathering and solution validation
- Hands-on Workday configuration and reporting
- Experience with HR processes (compensation, benefits, etc.)
- Ability to multitask with high quality
- Strong communication and analytical skills
