Role: Workday Studio & Workday Extend Developer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: PAN India
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure custom applications within the Workday ecosystem
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio
Develop and enhance applications using Workday Extend
Work on Workday Reporting and enterprise integration solutions
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Contribute independently while supporting team discussions and solutioning
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio
Experience in Workday Extend application development
Expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday Reporting
Good understanding of Workday business processes and modules
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration concepts
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Finance and HR modules including C2C, P2P, and R2R
Understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration methodologies
Ability to work in agile and fast-paced project environments
