We are seeking a certified Workday Security Analyst (IAM) with strong expertise in Workday security architecture and identity & access management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access controls within Workday, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Workday security, including domain security policies and business process security policies.
- Design and maintain role-based and user-based security groups.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in alignment with IAM standards.
- Implement and support identity and access management (IAM) integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, SSO).
- Conduct regular security audits, access reviews, and compliance checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in Workday.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to ensure proper access controls and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Support Workday releases by assessing security impacts and implementing necessary updates.
- Maintain documentation of security configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Workday Security Certification (mandatory).
- 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday security and IAM.
- Strong understanding of:
- Workday security framework (domains, business processes)
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Segregation of duties (SoD)
- Experience with identity management tools and integrations (SSO, LDAP, Active Directory).
- Knowledge of audit and compliance practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors).
- Familiarity with security tools and audit frameworks.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA, SOX, or GDPR.
- Experience in a global or multi-tenant Workday environment.
