We are looking for 4+ years experienced Workday HCM / Workday Reporting Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM support, configuration, reporting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM modules in a live production environment
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM business processes, security, and system setup
• Develop and maintain Workday Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, Dashboards)
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday functional/configuration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, reporting, and production issues
• Support Workday semi-annual releases, including testing, impact analysis, and deployment
• Create test scripts, test scenarios, and execute UAT / regression / system testing
• Perform data loads using EIBs and support data integrity activities
• Support Workday Studio / EIB / API-related integrations where required
• Manage security administration, user access, and role-based security changes
• Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and customer SMEs to drive enhancements
• Prepare and maintain functional, configuration, testing, and release documentation
• Perform RCA for defects and production issues

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM support, configuration, and enhancements
• Proven experience in building and maintaining Workday Reports
• Experience supporting live Workday production environments
• Experience with semi-annual Workday upgrade testing and feature adoption
• Experience in data loads via EIB
• Knowledge of Workday Studio and integration troubleshooting is preferred
• Experience in incident resolution, defect management, and RCA
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
