Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workday Recruiting Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM and Recruitment modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, application maintenance support (AMS), and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Workday Recruiting module
- Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS) for Workday solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into system design and configuration
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM and Recruiting modules
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions for system enhancements
- Support integration, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Workday
- At least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) Workday implementation (mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Workday Recruiting module implementation
- 2+ years of experience in AMS projects with focus on Workday Recruiting
- Strong proficiency in Core Workday HCM
- Hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting configuration and support
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
