Experience- 10+years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Projects module implementation and support activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure Workday Projects, Project Billing, Grants, Resource Management, and related modules.
- Work closely with Finance, PMO, and business stakeholders for solution design.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Design and support integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
- Handle testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
- Create functional specifications and documentation.
- Support data conversion, migration, and reporting activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Workday Financials with focus on Workday Projects.
- Experience in Workday implementation and support projects.
- Good understanding of:
- Project Billing
- Grants Management
- Resource Management
- Expense Management
- Procurement integrations
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting and calculated fields.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile methodology environments.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 10+ years of total IT experience.
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on Workday Projects experience.
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday Financials implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Financials certification preferred.
- Experience with global clients and remote delivery model.
- Exposure to multi-country financial processes.
