Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Workday Joiner Mover Leaver Specialist for our on-site team in Pune District. This is a full-time role where the selected candidate will manage the employee lifecycle within the Workday system, covering processes such as onboarding, transitions, and offboarding. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining accuracy in employee records, resolving Workday-related queries, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth workforce transitions. The role will also focus on process improvement and maintaining compliance.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a Workday HRIS environment is a plus
