About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Workday Intern role based in Mota Varachha, Surat. The selected candidate will receive structured training and practical exposure to Workday and enterprise business applications under the guidance of experienced team members.
The role is designed for freshers and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Workday, HR technology, ERP systems, business applications, data management, and consulting.
Full-time employment will require to enter into a employment Bond with Bolstersys LLP after completion of the internship.
Qualifications
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication is must.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Management
HR / Human Resources
Business Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with Workday-related project activities.
- Support data entry, data validation, and data management activities.
- Assist with Workday configuration and testing activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation.
- Support basic troubleshooting and application-related activities.
- Assist in testing business processes and validating system results.
- Maintain accurate records of changes, configurations, and project activities.
- Understand business and functional requirements.
