Role Overview
We are looking for a Workday Integrations Lead with strong hands-on experience across HCM, Financials, and Reporting. This role combines technical leadership with functional understanding — ideal for someone who enjoys building integrations, data pipelines, and analytical reports that drive decision-making.
You will collaborate with clients, functional teams, and offshore developers to design, build, and deliver scalable Workday solutions under Cloud bridgedelivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and datasets in Workday Prism Analytics for cross-domain reporting and analysis.
- Create advanced Workday custom reports, matrix reports, and RaaS to support business and integration needs.
- Translate business requirements across HCM and Financials into effective technical designs.
- Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems, banks, payroll, and finance platforms.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks.
- Support testing, release management, and production troubleshooting activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Document technical designs, mappings, and reusable frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
- Experience developing Workday Reports (advanced, matrix, composite) and Prism Analytics data pipelines.
- Proficiency with XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) and Financials (Suppliers, Invoices, Journals, Expenses).
- Experience integrating with SFTP, middleware, or third-party APIs.
- Strong understanding of Workday Security, BPs, and tenant configuration concepts.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and client communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integrations Certification
- Exposure to Prism Analytics and Reporting Certification preferred
- Experience working on AMS or enhancement projects
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and offshore delivery models
- Prior experience with U.S. or EMEA clients
