As a Workday Integration Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of integrating Workday technology, providing strategic insights and solutions to our clients. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your leadership skills to inspire your team, navigate complex challenges, and uphold our quality standards.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Leading Workday integration projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution of Workday HCM initiatives
- Utilizing technical proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Prism Analytics to enhance data-driven insights
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address workforce technology challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable Workday reporting and analytics solutions
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across Workday technology teams
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing Workday processes and improving business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business transformation initiatives
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation
- Leading Workday HCM projects with a focus on client support and service excellence
- Mentoring teams in Workday Studio and Workday Extend for enhanced project outcomes
