Certified Workday Integration Developer

- Technical Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant Workday experience, with strong hands-on expertise in integration development, technical design, coding, and code reviews.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical/design specifications, perform code reviews, define integration strategies, and support complex data conversion and migration activities.
- Strong understanding of how Workday HCM/HR integrates with other functional modules and external systems.
- Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, and Payroll Connectors.
- Strong knowledge of Calculated Fields, XSLT, XML, Web Services, and Workday integration technologies.
- Experience developing and supporting Workday Studio integrations and PECI Payroll integrations.
- Experience with Workday PRISM is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, analyze data flows, and ensure accurate and reliable data exchange between Workday and downstream/upstream systems.
