Job Title: Workday Integration Developer
Duration: 6 Months+
Location: Remote in India
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of our Workday platform. This role will focus on building and supporting complex inbound and outbound integrations, reporting, and automation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across global time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday inbound and outbound integrations using REST & SOAP APIs, RaaS, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Build and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues, providing timely resolution using Workday best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and processes.
- Partner with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support and enhance Workday Security configurations (role‑based, domain, and business process security).
- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Workday ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years experience working as a Workday Integration Developer with strong hands‑on experience with RaaS, SOAP, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Experience developing and supporting custom reports in Workday.
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM core modules, including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday integrations in production environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple time zones.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certification (Integration or Technical track).
- Experience with Workday Orchestration / Extend.
- Functional Workday experience in addition to technical skills.
- Experience integrating or supporting ATS platforms such as Greenhouse.
- Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or large‑scale Workday environments.
