Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Workday Integration Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related technologies. The Workday Integration Developer will collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver reliable integrations with internal and external systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and testing integrations, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, monitoring performance, handling production support, and performing enhancements and optimizations as needed. The role also includes documenting technical solutions, following secure development and data handling practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of integration standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Key Requirements
• Experience: 6+ years of functional analysis experience, with a heavy focus on Workday Integrations.
• Systems Exposure: Hands-on experience working with downstream applications such as SailPoint/IDM, Beeline, UKG/Kronos, Salesforce, and TESS/Travel.
• Environment Management: Proven tracking record of creating and executing functional test cases in Workday tenant environments (Preview, Sandbox, Implementation).
• Tools: Proficiency in documenting and maintaining data dictionaries within SharePoint.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time-zone collaboration skills, strong written/verbal English communication, and a proactive approach to risk management.
