Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Workday Integration Consultant, based in Guildford with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing Workday integration solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and other systems. Key responsibilities include performing hands-on Workday integration tasks, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring the correct configuration of Workday systems. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to create efficient workflows and documentation for integration solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Workday Integration and Workday platform functionality
• Experience with Integration and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems
• Proven consulting skills with the ability to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Proficiency in creating and managing workflows and addressing technical queries
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve system discrepancies
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with effective communication and collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or with Workday integration tools is highly desirable
