Role: Workday Integration Consultant – Benefits & Compensation

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules. The consultant will support configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Compensation and Benefits processes while collaborating with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Support Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation processes including salary reviews, bonus plans, and compensation cycles.
- Manage benefits configuration, eligibility rules, and benefit plan setup.
- Work closely with HR and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with enterprise HR policies.
- Provide functional support during implementation or enhancement phases.
- Assist with documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer where required.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Benefits module.
- Experience in Workday Core Compensation.
- Experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Ability to configure and support benefits plans and compensation cycles.
- Experience with Workday functional configuration and HR processes.
- Good stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certification in Benefits or Compensation.
- Experience working in enterprise HRIS environments.
- Prior experience supporting Workday implementations or enhancements.
