Key Responsibilitie
- sLead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services
- .Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications
- .Maintain and support existing integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, Payroll, and external vendors
- .Develop documentation for integration design, support, and operations
- .Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and data privacy policies
- .Support Workday releases by assessing and testing the impact on existing integrations
- .Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior integration team members
- .Stay up to date with Workday functionality, best practices, and community updates
.Required Qualification
- sBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- .5+ years of experience with Workday integrations
- .Expertise in Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Studio , and XSLT
- .Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting
- .Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and web service technologies
- .Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
