Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant/Developer to design, build, test, and support integrations between Workday and external/internal enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday integration technologies, business process understanding, and HR/Finance data flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
- Build inbound and outbound integrations using:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio
- BIRT reports
- Cloud Connect
- Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Develop integrations for:
- HCM
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Recruiting
- Finance
- Time Tracking
- Configure and troubleshoot integration failures and data issues.
- Create calculated fields, custom reports, and advanced reports.
- Work with third-party vendors and internal teams for integration requirements.
- Monitor integration schedules and production support activities.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and audit standards.
- Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.
- Participate in Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
- Perform migration activities across tenants (Sandbox, UAT, Production).

- Experience with middleware platforms such as:
- MuleSoft
- Dell Boomi
- SnapLogic
- Informatica
- Understanding of Workday security framework.
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields.
- Familiarity with integration monitoring and troubleshooting.
Functional Knowledge
- Understanding of HR, Payroll, or Financial business processes.
- Knowledge of Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, or Finance.
- Experience handling employee lifecycle data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HRIS, or related field.
- 2–8+ years of Workday Integration experience (depending on role level).
- Workday Integration Certification preferred.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project.
