A leading provider in the HR services and workforce solutions sector, delivering cloud HCM implementations, workforce transformation, and integration services for enterprise clients across India. We are hiring an on-site Workday Integration Developer to join delivery teams supporting end-to-end Workday projects at client locations in India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Build and transform integration payloads using XSLT and XML; implement API integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Implement secure file-based and API-based interfaces (SFTP, OAuth, WS-Security); manage credentialing, tokens, and secure transfer processes.
- Produce technical design documents, unit test plans, integration runbooks, and migration/cutover artifacts for deployment.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to validate mapping, error handling, and reconciliation during SIT/UAT and production cutover.
- Troubleshoot production issues, monitor integrations, optimize performance, and implement fixes to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Workday integrations across implementation and production support phases; willingness to work on-site in India and travel to client locations as required.
- Strong delivery mindset with experience documenting technical designs, test cases, and cutover plans.
